Things have been slow lately.....

With the recent conclusion of current employment arrangements and Leadville now an after thought, attention can be refocused on this blog. Without further a due I would like to introduce John Lirette.........

John is a seasoned off-road athlete entering his 16th year of racing, of which he has spent the
last 8 years representing Hayes Disc Brakes. John has greatly enjoyed his time with Hayes and
will miss the team dearly, and is eagerly looking forward to the many seasons ahead with a new
team filled with great teammates, new challenges and a new mix of sponsors to work with and
represent. Over the years John has appreciated all that the sponsors have provided and done for
him and teammates in the past as consistently emphasizes that “They [sponsors] really do make
it happen for us which is why representing them in a positive way is so important to me.” John
always exhibits great sportsmanship and camaraderie everywhere he goes.

John’s primary focus has predominantly been mountain biking, where he races Cat 1 and
recently over the last 3 years has transitioned well to the cyclocross format. John, along with
the rest of Kuhl MidWest, is looking forward to the upcoming year with so many new races
scheduled and CX Nationals in Wisconsin.
